6月19日，哈尔滨轴承集团有限公司（以下简称我司）通过多日维权侦查，成功侦破两起销售假冒我司“HRB”商标产品案件。
案件情况
近日，我司品牌建设管理中心在山东省潍坊市进行市场巡查过程中发现2家企业存在销售假冒我司“HRB”商标产品的情况，我司品牌维权专员立即启动调查，确定其侵权证据。
6月19日，我司品牌维权专员向所属地市场监督管理局举报后，与市场监管人员配合，依法对上述2家企业所属3个销售门店进行现场调查，经我司专业人员鉴定清点，共计查扣假冒我司“HRB”商标的轴承100余个型号以及印有我司“HRB”商标的包装箱、空白合格证、打包胶带、牛皮纸等，涉案金额20余万元。

根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百四十条规定，生产者、销售者若制售假冒商品，将被依法处置拘役、有期徒刑乃至无期徒刑，并处罚金或没收财产。
