2025年6月12日，团体标准《“临西轴承”集体商标使用与管理规范》正式发布并实施。该标准在2024年11月初，由临西县市场监督管理局提出，临轴集团（河北）轴承有限公司牵头，河北省智测轴承共享技术研究有限公司、河北省滚动轴承产品质量监督检验中心等11家单位联合起草。经邢台市市场监督管理局和临西县市场监督管理局多次指导与推进，征求多方意见和建议，不断完善修改标准内容，最终发布并实施。
本标准通过设定清晰的商标使用门槛，规范化的申请流程，健全的商标保护机制等，规范了“临西轴承”集体商标的使用与管理，提升行业整体水平，维护品牌声誉。同时，在深入分析县域特色产业实际需求的基础上，首次提出“第三方质量抽检常态化”“商标使用双轨撤销机制”等创新性条款。此外，标准强调技术创新与品牌升级，鼓励企业优化生产工艺，推动产品向高端化、智能化转型，逐步摆脱低价竞争模式，提高品牌影响力和消费者对“临西制造”的信任度，实现产业高质量发展。
下一步，临西县市场监督管理局将继续发挥好在标准制定过程中协调和监督的作用，鼓励并引导企业和相关单位积极参与先进标准的制修订工作，加强先进标准的推广和实施，助力产业提质升级。
