近日，东特股份顺利通过日本JIS标准轴承产品的第三方再认证现场审核，这是继2022年公司生产的轴承钢产品首次通过日本JQA公司JIS认证审核，获出口日本“通行证”后，在第二个周期成功保持认证结果继续有效，为进一步开拓日本等国家和地区的轴承钢市场提供了强有力的竞争优势。
JIS作为日本工业标准，是日本国家级标准中最重要、最权威的认证标准。JIS轴承钢产品认证是进入日本市场的“通行证”，具有较高的市场认可度和影响力，标志着东特股份完全具备按照高标准、高要求生产轴承钢产品的能力，对拓展国际市场具有重要意义。
为保证审核工作的顺利进行，公司总工办牵头成立专项攻关团队，并在上海同贺咨询公司的协助下，从制造要素配置、检验资源保障、设备运行与维护等六大方面开展系统提升工作。经过几个月的努力和反复自我审查整改，有效推动了公司各项基础管理水平的全面提升，为审核工作的开展做好了充分的准备。
本次审核由权威认证机构日本质量保证协会JQA组织实施。审核过程中，审核员围绕JIS G4805标准，对公司大棒材、线材、银亮材、钢丝共4大类轴承钢产品开展了为期7天严谨细致的审核。重点审查了公司从原料入厂到成品发运的全流程各环节产品质量保障能力，尤其是全程见证了每个产品、每个项目的检验测试过程。经过审核和综合评估，审核员对东特股份生产合格轴承钢产品能力给予高度认可。
东特股份将继续秉持高标准、严要求的原则，不断提升产品质量和技术水平，进一步巩固和扩大在高端轴承钢产品市场的影响力和竞争力。
