本月初，ETK轴承与河北科技大学正式签署产学研战略合作协议，标志着自9月1日起双方在科技创新、人才培养、成果转化等领域开启全面战略合作。
签约仪式上，ETK轴承董事长李志民强调：“企业的创新发展离不开人才支撑，高校是创新源头，企业是实践平台。”并表示，ETK轴承始终以“服务国家战略、紧贴产业需求”为导向，深耕精密轴承高端制造领域，而此次与河北科技大学的合作，正是基于这一战略定位的关键实践。未来，双方将以此次合作为契机，深化“产学研”协同机制，通过课题共研、项目实践等方式打造“懂技术、通场景、能创新”型人才培养通道。
此次合作是ETK轴承深化产教融合的重要实践，更是校企服务国家战略、推动科创的关键举措。未来双方将组建产学研小组定期交流，真正实现 “校企合作、产学共赢”。
ETK轴承将以此为新起点，坚持科创驱动，携手更多高校资源，培养具备创新能力与实践经验的复合型人才，形成专业与产业的相互促进，为行业高质量发展持续贡献力量。
