近日，湖北省经济和信息化厅公布2025年“湖北省数字孪生工厂和无人工厂”名单，黄石人本轴承有限公司凭借在数字化领域的领先实践，成功入选“数字孪生工厂”名单，成为全省装备制造行业数字化转型的标杆企业。

“数字孪生工厂”是指基于数字孪生技术，在虚拟空间中构建与现实工厂完全对应的数字化模型，实现从研发设计、生产管理到设备运维、质量控管等全流程的动态仿真、实时监控与智能预测。该评选根据技术应用深度与成熟度分为五个等级，旨在推动制造业迈向高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。

近年来，黄石人本积极响应制造业智能化改造号召，大力推进数字化转型，陆续引进联动数控机床、视觉检测机器人等先进智能设备，完成多条生产线的自动化升级，初步建成轴承制造数字孪生系统。该系统有效实现对生产过程的精准映射与优化调控，显著提升产品质量与生产效率。
此次入选省级名单，标志着黄石人本在智能制造领域取得重要阶段性成果，也为企业后续深化数字赋能、提升行业竞争力奠定坚实基础。
