近日，宝塔实业成功自主研制一台地铁轴承专用自动磁栅检测仪，实现了永磁体感应环的全项自动检测，在地铁轴承检修技术上取得了重大突破，具备了检修进口智能地铁轴承的技术能力，对开拓检修地铁轴承市场将发挥积极作用。
今年4月，宝塔实业产品设计院在获悉国内某地铁公司有检修进口A型车地铁轴箱轴承的需求，立刻派技术人员进行接洽，经过多次技术交流，用户同意将四套进口地铁轴箱轴承委托给宝塔实业进行试修。接到任务后，宝塔实业副总经理兼总工程师郝彭组织相关技术专家对轴承进行拆解、检测。在检测中发现该轴承是一种智能轴承，内置磁敏测速传感器，其中一个铁磁永磁体感应环是关键零件，磁感应强度和磁栅分布的检测是行业难题，轴承带的传感器内置加密技术，国内目前还无法破解，宝塔实业没有任何相关检测技术。为此，宝塔实业向国内多个科研院所求助解决，先后接触了中科院过程所、江苏省产业技术研究院、北方民族大学、西南大学、华中科技大学，均未找到可靠的检测技术。
在求助外力无果的情况下，宝塔实业决定立足自身寻求技术突破。在副总工程师、产品设计院院长李宏滨的带领下，技术人员多方查询资料、咨询国内厂家，Z终在上海找到了一种大量程的测磁仪，先解决了磁感应强度检测的难题。针对磁栅的检查，李宏滨自己设计、自己画图、部分部件委托西轴技术装备公司加工，并购买了关键的低速定速电机，Z终成功研制一台专用地铁轴承自动磁栅检测仪。
据悉，该型号轴承在国内多个地铁公司应用，目前用户都是送外企检测，检测费用高、周期长，国内地铁公司迫切需要进行国内检修，市场前景广阔。
