5月15-16日，河南科技大学联合世界知名企业斯凯孚开展大学生职业生涯训练营活动，共2000余名学生参加。
训练营邀请SKF资深人力资源专家围绕求职意识唤醒、职业生涯规划、求职面试全流程等方面开展辅导，先后讲解了简历撰写、面试准备、面试技巧、无领导小组讨论等内容，并与现场学生进行了深入的互动交流。
参加训练营的学子机电工程学院轴承21级学生李潇阳表示，职业生涯训练营为大家提供全方位、系统化的职业发展指导和实践机会，通过此次训练营提升了自身的求职技能、优化职业发展规划、提高综合素质能力，能够更好地适应职场的挑战和变化。
河南科技大学机电工程学院院长谷瑞杰表示，学院将继续加大校企合作力度，组织开展知名企业HR进校园活动，引导学生合理进行职业生涯规划，提升求职素养，为学生未来的职业生涯发展打下良好的基础，促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业。
