2023年5月15日，东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司举行开业仪式，这是NSK在中国的第十三个生产基地。
莅临开业仪式的有东莞市莞城街道党工委书记陈钊先生, 日本精工株式会社执行役常务、中国区总裁郁国平先生，日本精工株式会社执行役常务、汽车事业本部副本部长尾崎美千生先生，以及德国罗伯特·博世有限公司（Robert·Bosch GmbH）采购高级副总裁等嘉宾。郁国平总裁为瑞狮点睛后，宾主共同为东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司开业剪彩。
对于新工厂的建立的目的和未来，郁国平总裁如是说：“目前，中国的电动车市场突发猛进。汽车电动化、智能化的发展势不可挡。东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司的开业正是NSK顺应汽车发展需求，加强汽车零部件制造的重要举措，也是NSK进一步扩大中国事业所迈出的坚实一步。我们将引进自动化设备和优秀的技术人才，为BOCSH，为我们所有的客户提供优质的产品。”
东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司的总经理下田信一先生就新工厂的生产充满信心，他表示东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司主要生产汽车电动制动用滚珠丝杠，是守护生命、保障安全的关键产品，公司将秉持NSK四大核心价值观（安全、品质、环境、合规）进行各项生产活动，充分发挥长期累积的丰富经验与Z先进的技术，建立一个能够满足BOCSH公司及所有客户需求的工厂，提供高品质的产品，同时为莞城的经济发展做出贡献。
东莞市莞城街道党工委书记陈钊先生和罗伯特·博世有限公司采购部副总裁也分别发表了祝贺辞，对东莞恩斯克汽车科技有限公司的发展和合作表达了诚挚的祝愿和殷切的期待。
