2024年10月14日，涉嫌销售假冒注册商标的商品罪的犯罪嫌疑人王某（35岁，山西运城人）到蕲春县公安局投案自首。至此，该案三名犯罪嫌疑人全部到案，案件得以成功告破。
2022年8月下旬的某天，某石化润滑油公司相关负责人到蕲春县公安局报案，称有人在蕲春县漕河镇租赁仓库，冒充该公司品牌销售成品润滑油。接报后，蕲春县公安局经侦大队迅速组建专班立案调查。
专班民警通过传统+信息化模式，历经数月侦查，最终查明一个武汉市生产，蕲春县囤积，辐射黄石市区、阳新县、武穴市等地的制假、售假犯罪团伙，并摸清蕲春囤积假油窝点的具体位置。
在获取大量证据前提下，专班对案件进行收网。经侦大队民警兵分两路，一路查处蕲春窝点，一路赶赴武汉查处上游制假窝点。
最终，在蕲春窝点抓获售假犯罪嫌疑人尤某（30岁，武汉人），查获67桶各种型号的假冒某知名品牌润滑油，涉案价值十余万元。但武汉工作组抓捕行动并不顺利，由于制假犯罪嫌疑人胡某（45岁，武汉人）采取间歇性作业，且具备较强的反侦察意识，在察觉到情况有变后，迅速隐藏起来。
民警对犯罪嫌疑人尤某进行审讯得知，2022年6月至8月间，尤某在某品牌润滑油业务人员王某牵线下，认识了武汉生产假冒润滑油的上线胡某。尤某为了牟利，先后11次从胡某手中购买了假冒某知名品牌多个系列的润滑油共计67桶，涉案金额高达11万余元。王某从中获得数千元介绍费。证据显示，王某、尤某、胡某三人均涉嫌销售假冒注册商标的商品罪。
尤某归案后，民警根据尤某提供的线索，加大对团伙另两名犯罪嫌疑人胡某和王某的抓捕力度，但二人在案发后就逃往外地，隐匿行踪，给抓捕行动带来极大难度。
2024年7月上旬，办案民警获悉该案主犯胡某潜逃至贵州的重要线索，迅速赶往贵州，在贵州省铜仁市警方的协助下，经过数日蹲守，于7月10日成功抓获胡某。
在犯罪嫌疑人尤某、胡某均已被采取刑事强制措施的情况下，该案另一名犯罪嫌疑人王某仍抱有侥幸心理，迟迟不肯到案。2024年10月上旬，蕲春县公安局经侦大队多措并举，内查外压，最终在强大的震慑下，犯罪嫌疑人王某主动到案，并如实交代了销售某知名品牌假冒润滑油的犯罪事实。10月14日，犯罪嫌疑人王某被依法采取刑事拘留强制措施。
目前，案件在进一步办理中。
